Regularly $630 – Save $256 (41% off)
Complete continuing education packages built specifically for engineers registered in the State of Louisiana. Designed to fulfill the entire continuing education requirement.
This package was designed specifically for Louisiana electrical engineers looking to satisfy the Professional Development Hours (PDH) required by the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board. Louisiana professional engineers must earn 15 PDH per calendar year, including at least 1 PDH in professional ethics each calendar year. Engineers who design buildings or building systems, or review or approve plans for buildings or building systems in Louisiana, must also earn at least 4 PDH per calendar year in Life Safety Code, building codes, and/or ADA Accessibility Guidelines.
Our Louisiana Electrical Engineering package contains two 15-PDH recommended completion plans, one for Year 1 and one for Year 2. Each year includes an ethics course, courses intended to help satisfy the Life Safety Code, building code, and/or ADA Accessibility Guidelines requirement, and technical courses selected for their ability to maintain, improve, or expand the skills and knowledge relevant to your area of practice.
Important Louisiana Completion Note
Louisiana requires professional engineers to complete 15 PDH each calendar year, including at least 1 PDH in professional ethics each calendar year. Engineers who design buildings or building systems, or review or approve plans for buildings or building systems in Louisiana, must also complete at least 4 PDH each calendar year in Life Safety Code, building codes, and/or ADA Accessibility Guidelines.
This package includes 30 PDH and is organized into a recommended Year 1 and Year 2 completion plan to help Louisiana engineers satisfy the annual requirements. To use this package properly, complete the Year 1 courses during the first calendar year and the Year 2 courses during the second calendar year.
The licensee is responsible for completing the required PDH in the proper calendar year and maintaining records of course completion for license renewal and audit purposes.
