PDH-Pro.com is the website owned by PDH Pro, Inc., which is a corporation located in the state of Massachusetts. By using the PDH-Pro.com website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. The term “PDH Pro, Inc.”, hereby referred to “PDH-Pro” and “PDH-Pro.com”, refers to the owner of the website with a mailing address of 396 Washington Street, Suite 159, Wellesley, MA 02481. The term “you” refers to any user of the website other than the owner of the website.

All Content on the Service is copyrighted as a collective work of PDH-Pro.com pursuant to applicable copyright law. You agree to comply with any additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content available on or accessed through the Service. Except as expressly permitted by the copyright laws, no copying, storage, redistribution or publication of the Content is permitted without the express permission of PDH-Pro.com.
C. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
PDH-Pro.com courses comply with the Model Guidelines published by NCEES. If for any reason your state does not accept the course(s), PDH-Pro.com will refund your payment upon receiving your written notice and a copy of the state board rejection letter for the PDH credits you received from PDH-Pro.com.

This site contains web links to other sites. PDH-Pro.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of linked websites.
E. WARRANTIES
(1) PDH-Pro.com does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor does PDH-Pro.com make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the Service or the content. The Service and the content are distributed on an “as is, as available” basis. PDH-Pro.com makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, with respect to the Service, any content or any products or services sold through the service. (2) PDH-Pro.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service.

PDH-Pro.com and the access and use of www.redvector.com under any username or password issued to you by PDH-Pro.com; (iii) your inability to access or use www. PDH-Pro.com or any username or password issued to you by PDH-Pro.com; (iv) your downloading of any of the Content for your use; or (v) your reliance upon or use of the Content and/or the Merchandise. Use of the Content and/or the Merchandise is at your sole risk.
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
G. INDEMNITY
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Oxidation Systems, Inc. DBA PDH-Pro.com and its officers, directors, owners, agents, Content providers, affiliates and licensors (collectively, the “PDH Pro Parties”) against all claims, losses, court fees, and attorney fees arising out of the services provided under this Agreement.
H. MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts insofar as those laws relate to matters of formation, construction, interpretation, performance and enforcement.
I. MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY
Oxidation Systems, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to our website, policies and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
J. ACCOUNT USAGE
If you create an account with PDH-Pro.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password and any discount codes issued to you and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Oxidation Systems, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content at any time without prior notification.
