We began PDH-Pro in response to the lack of affordable, quality engineering CEUs. We made an investment in the technology to allow us to provide reasonably priced PDH credits. Included in this support system is a quality assurance process that is designed to comply with the various state engineering board license renewal requirements.
State Approvals
We check with each state board annually to verify their rules and regulations, and then compare this information with each of our courses. This process ensures that every one of our courses is acceptable to the various boards, and provides our students with peace of mind that they can renew their license. PDH-Pro is an approved course provider in Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Indiana.
Expert Course Instructors
A key part of our course content is our network of subject matter experts – our Course Instructors. Each instructor is a professional engineer, or a professional in a technical field who holds a Master’s Degree. Every course is based on the NCEES model and includes clearly stated learning objectives to ensure students know in advance what they will learn. The technical material is prepared by one of our instructors and is reviewed by our editorial team to ensure it is clearly written in a logical manner and is consistent with our standards. This process delivers courses that are free of technical and grammatical errors and also confirms that the PDH hours required to read the material and complete the quiz are consistent with engineering board requirements and expectations.
We offer courses in several engineering disciplines to help you meet the engineering continuing professional development (CPD) requirements of your state board. Engineering fields include civil engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, mechanical engineering, and structural engineering. We also offer PDH credits in the field of project management. We audit our continuing education program every year, and make changes to guarantee it meets your expectations and complies with each state engineering board.
